Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

We gladly accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. However, once the product is shipped out, we are unable to cancel the order.

General:

If upon receiving your order, you find that you're not entirely satisfied with your color choice, please reach out to customer service within 10 days for a return, refund, or replacement. Please note that shipping, freight, and service charges (if any) are non-refundable. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, including the original packaging.

In certain instances, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable). Items returned in a condition not consistent with their original state, damaged, or missing for reasons unrelated to Ravoony, will not be eligible for a full refund.

If your return is approved, Ravoony will provide you with the shipping address via email, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Color Difference

We support 7 days for return due to the problem of color difference, please contact with us info@wrabro.com to get returning address. It will be returned to our USA warehouse, the shipping charge will not be too much, don't worry. 

Defects:

We offer a limited warranty for production defects as specified in the technical characteristics outlined in the actual product bulletin. We will only replace items if they are found to be defective or damaged during transportation.

Our return policy for warranty incidents is valid for 30 days. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund or exchange if more than thirty days have passed since your purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@wrabro.com with the issue and all relevant details. These details should include a comprehensive explanation of the problem, along with accompanying photos/videos, and your order number.

If your claim is approved, we will offer a full refund or exchange the product (with shipping expenses covered).

Return Process

Once we receive your return application, it will be processed within 1-3 business days.

Upon receipt of the parcel, customers can expect to receive a refund or replacement for the vinyl wraps within 1-3 business days.

Please consult your local post office to verify the actual return shipping fee. We suggest utilizing the most economical registered airmail option available.

The delivery address will be provided via email after the application submission.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging, in the same condition as when you received it.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email to confirm its receipt. Following that, we'll notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 1-3 business days after we receive the parcel, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please take the following steps:

1. Double-check your bank account.
2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
3. Reach out to your bank, as there may be a processing delay before the refund appears in your account.

Notes

Custom-ordered or personalized items are not eligible for a 30-day refund.

If a return is initiated by the consumer, they are responsible for the shipping fee. The exact fee depends on the express company chosen by the consumer.

However, if the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer is not required to cover the shipping fee for this circumstance.
