Order Process

Thank you for your order on wrabro.com. Once your order is finalized, we'll promptly send you an order confirmation email. Kindly review the details of your order, including product specifications and shipping address. Please note that we are unable to ship to PO BOX addresses.

Upon receiving your confirmation, tracking numbers for in-stock products will be provided within 1 to 3 business days. You can track your order independently or reach out to us for assistance.

 

Handling Times

  • In-stock items: Processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Manufactured products: Typically shipped within 3 to 5 business days.
  • Custom orders: Usually shipped within 14 to 21 business days.

Order Tracking

The majority of our products are shipped using FEDEX, UPS, or DHL, depending on their size, while larger items are sent via private freight.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to you via email.

Shipping times could range from 7 to 15 business days, contingent upon your location and chosen shipping methods. We provide global express delivery, excluding the following regions: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, deliveries to Ukraine and India are currently unavailable.

Where's My Order?

Once tracking details have been provided, it indicates that your order has been processed and shipped, and has departed from our warehouse. Typically, tracking details will appear in the shipper's database within 48 hours. This tracking information offers point-in-time updates on the location of your order as it is scanned and progresses towards you.

Should I Need To Pay Taxes and Duties?

You are accountable for any import taxes and duties that may be imposed when your parcel clears Customs. Some countries waive import duties on private items below a specified value. Nevertheless, upon the arrival of goods ordered from us in your country, you may be notified of tax obligations.

We recommend researching local regulations before placing an order with us. WRABRO cannot provide advice or information regarding tax rates and customs charges in your country.

Should you decline delivery of a parcel due to import duties or taxes, you accept full responsibility for all expenses associated with returning the item to us.

What If It Is Damaged or Lost?

Oops, it seems like something went wrong. Please get in touch with us, and let's work together to arrange a replacement order for you.

Cancellations

Cancellation before payment:

If you haven't completed the payment for your order, there's no need to inform us to cancel it. We won't proceed with the order until we've received payment. However, if your order remains unpaid for over a week, you won't be able to revive it by submitting a payment. Prices may have changed, along with currency conversions. In such cases, you'll need to place a new order with a fresh shopping cart.

Cancellation after payment:

If you've already paid for your order and wish to cancel it, please reach out to our Customer Service Department promptly.

If you're uncertain about an aspect of your order or wish to make changes, contact our Customer Service Department to place the order on hold while you decide. This will halt the packaging process while you finalize changes.

Once a package has been dispatched, we cannot cancel or modify the order.

If you want to cancel an existing order to add other products, there's no need to cancel the entire order. Simply contact our Customer Service Department, and we'll process the updated order. Typically, there's no additional fee for this service.

In most cases, if your order is still in processing, you may still have the option to change or cancel it. You can request a refund or opt to have the payment credited for future orders.
